At The Maasai Market, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with an item you have purchased from us, please let us help.
You have 10 calendar days from the day you receive your item to return.
Item must be in the same condition as it was when you received it.
Request an RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization) in your account on our website.
Please include original receipt that came with item or RMA number to ensure there is no delay in issuing refund or exchange.
Once we receive an item that you have shipped back to us, we will inspect condition and notify you of receiving it.
If refund is approved, we will issue it through the payment method used during purchase. Please understand that we will not issue refund using any other method other than what was used during purchase.
We will update you via email once refund is issued or rejected.
Customer is responsible for paying return shipping. Shipping cost incurred is not refundable.
Refunds issued will not include original shipping cost unless your order qualified for free shipping.
