This unique bone bracelet is made of cow bones and maasai beads. The big square beads are hand carved out of cow bone then batiked with a star burst print. Batik is a time consuming process. First wax is applied to the bones in the desired pattern. The bones are then dipped in dye, parts that are waxed do not take the dye. Once the wax is removed, a print like the one on this bracelet is produced. This bracelet is stretchy and will fit most wrists. We have a few of them so the one that you will get might look slightly different.
